Vendor registration is open for the 2026 Bells Fest Holiday Marketplace together we will make this event soon to be one of Fall's favourite traditions! Price is per location, per booth selected.

Vendors will be notified of their acceptance within 1-3 business days of their application submission. Upon being accepted, an invoice will be sent to the primary email address listed on the application.

Secure your spot by filling out the registration form today. Vendor payments are required in full to honour any sale price on or before the expiry date. Spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Payment of this fee will secure your booth space. Exhibitor Move-In packages with security codes will only be sent to registered, approved, and fully paid vendors.

The Holiday Marketplace admission is free and features the comeback of some of the surrounding cities' favourite farmers market vendors. Plus, local businesses and out-of-town stores also exhibit bringing over 100+ vendors for a weekend to shop and support locals.

Vendor fees are non-refundable 30 days before the start of the event. There are no refunds less than 30 days before the start of the festival you register for as we incur significant non-refundable third party charges.
