Artisan Sponsors Real-Life Snow Globes, Snow Domes and Santa's Workshop displays deadline is on October 31, 2026 and Artisan Sponsors in all other categories start closing on November 7, 2026 to allow for additional time that may be incurred by third-party shipping and/or logistics.

All Entries will have at least 3 weeks from the registration closing date to design and decorate their holiday showcase. The earlier you register, the more time you have to plan, design, post, advertise and enjoy in the celebrations!

Interior Design Team

Available to All Businesses & Individuals wanting to give back and be recognized for their contribution. Regardless of Location!

Our Creative Design Team is at Your Service

Want to submit a entry but can't commit to the time? No problem this option is available to all businesses, individuals and/or organization regardless of location who are wanting to submit an entry at the Bells Fest.

We have gifted team of Interior Designers, Sculpture Artist, Content Creators, Shoppers and even Construction Trades that can bring your design on paper or entry to life!

Price includes: the purchase of a base model of your selected decoration: Tree, Wreath, Jumbo Stocking, Real-Life Snow Globe or Santa's Workshop from our Shop or preferred partners; Consultation, Design Meetings with Team Members, Recording of Progress to Share with Staff Members, Custom Ornament Printings, Ornaments for Decorations of choice from our shop, Staff Members to decorate and design and you will receive all of the business advertising benefits included in the D.I.Y package.

In additional to our professional decorating services, we will handle the shipping, receiving, installation, maintenance and the final delivery of the holiday display once the event is over.

Creating Employment Opportunities before and during the school break: Bells Fest is proud to partnered with post-secondary school's specializing in the Arts and go the extra mile of giving practical lessons and meaningful employment.

Our professional WE WILL DESIGN IT decorating team is a combination of employees in their respective industry, retirees, Knowledge Keepers, Indigenous Youths, holiday lovers and students. Your contribution also supports student hiring and/or recent graduates in the Arts & Trades, Indigenous and/or Visible Minorities Artist looking for work experience during the holiday season.

Price per Festival City, Per Decorated Items

Snow Globe, Snow Dome & Santa's Workshop Registration Deadline is October 31, 2026

Includes all fixtures purchase, ornament purchase and custom ornament printing (up to 15 small ornaments) design, execution, set up, take down and advertisement.

Companies will be required to pay for their own courier of special ornaments or branding products if they would like them to be included in their display. Pick up available in selected cities.
