Staff and Volunteers are the heart of the event. From greeting guests to supporting Candy Cane Lane, the Tree Room, and beyond, they help create a warm, welcoming experience for thousands each year. We have a variety of seasonal positions available of various skills. Applications open at the end of October. By sharing your time, creativity, or support, you help bring the magic of the Festival to life while making a real impact.
